We stayed at a hotel downtown so we could be close to the wedding reception and trade off the babysitting duties. Downtown St Louis has a bunch of fountain areas that the kids are allowed to play in so we took advantage of them. Just so you know, Caleb is missing from these pics due to an untimely nature call. :)
Josiah seemed surprised each time the water spouted out from the hole, but he couldn't resist going back to look in it again. He also was very thirsty...he tried to drink the water at every opportunity.
Not sure why we have only 1 of our boys and are standing in front of a camel, but that is what happens when you have a group of 17 adults and 12 kids (we added some people to our already large party) attempting to stay together at a crowded zoo. :)
Hot, tired, and happy to have had another fun trip with family, we headed back home!
We had a Mother's Day Brunch at the hotel on Sunday morning and then went to the St Louis Zoo.
